Leading players in the construction and housing business have today endorsed the quality of LG’s Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems in transforming their commercial and domestic properties.

This was variously highlighted during a golf tournament at the Sigona Golf Club in Kenya’s Kiambu County that brought together over 200 business partners in a day of networking.

The event was organised by LG Electronics Africa Logistics FZE and Hotpoint Appliances Limited, the leading distributor of LG appliances in the region.

During the event, LG showcased some of its newest HVAC technologies including industrial units that are equipped with LG’s VRF technology and the energy-saving single split units that allow users to control the temperature in several spaces at once, as well as Multi V large capacity outdoor units, which leverage the company’s renowned Inverter Compressor to deliver a powerful, energy-efficient performance.

Also on display were residential air conditioners featuring ultra-responsive controls, air purifying filters and energy saving functions. The Multi V S, a compact yet powerful Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) solution offering low operating costs and high efficiency, stood out for its suitability in small offices, and apartments with limited balcony spaces. The Multi V S employs environmentally-friendly refrigerant and boasts LGs durable Ocean Black Fin, and a variety of advanced sensing control functionalities.

“Over the years, we have established relationships with many partners, who consistently recommend LG HVAC systems. We are so proud to continue these business relationships even as we commit to keep developing products that meet the diverse heating, cooling and energy requirements,” said LG’s Managing Director for East Africa, Dongwon Lee.

LG Electronics HVAC solutions have for the last seven consecutive years received the Performance Award by the Air-Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration Institute (AHRI), a respected international trade association for manufacturers of HVAC, refrigeration and water heating solutions. The award underscores the excellence of LG’s heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) solutions, which continue to set the standard for performance, efficiency and reliability.
