Under the new directive, all non-immigrant visa applicants are required to present the same DS-160 application form during the visa interview as was used to book the appointment.

Non-immigrant visas are for foreign nationals wishing to enter the United States on a temporary basis.

This can be for tourism, medical treatment, business, temporary work, study or other similar reasons

“Failure to comply with the below will result in the cancellation of their Visa appointment,” the Embassy said.

Under the directive, all visa applicants must locate their DS-160 confirmation page.

They will then be required to log in to their account at https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-ke to confirm the DS-160 number on their account matches the DS-160 number on the confirmation page.

“If the numbers match, please attend your interview at the time you have scheduled,” the Embassy said.
