Police who visited the scene established that he slipped through an opening void and fell off as he plastered a wall.

The body was moved to the mortuary pending autopsy.

The incident is the latest to happen in the city in a series that have been reported.

Most of them are blamed for the lack of protection gear at such sites.

The incident happened hours after a woman died after a wall pot that fell from the sixth floor of a building hit him on the head in Eastleigh, Nairobi.

The deceased identified as Josephine Anyango was walking outside Filsan Towers along Muratina Road when the pot hit her head.

She was rushed to Al-Amin Hospital in the area on Tuesday evening where she was pronounced dead on arrival.
