Digibank Summit: Co-op Bank receives Excellence in Customer Experience award

Co-operative Bank of Kenya was awarded Excellence in Customer Experience at  Digibank Summit in Nairabi.

Co-op Bank’s Information, Communication, and Technology (ICT) and Innovation Director Charles Washika received the award on behalf of the lender at Sarit Expo Centre.

“The Customer is always the hero in our story. At Co-op Bank we are always committed to improve your experience with us. We were proudly awarded for our Excellence in Customer Experience at the Digibank Summit, Nairobi,” Co-op said in a statement.
