Co-operative Bank internet banking offers customers an enhanced banking experience. The revamped platform comes with additional features that allow customers to carry out banking from the comfort of their offices, homes or even on the go. The Co-op Bank internet banking service has been structured in a way that puts it in the lead in digital banking in Kenya.

Internet banking enables individual customers, business owners, corporate companies and institutions to carry out various transactions and monitor their bank accounts through the internet. It comes with effective security layers to log in to ensure only the authentic customer has access to the account.

Additionally, with Co-op Internet Banking, you can conveniently and directly pay utility bills such as electricity tokens once you self-register for the service.

When using the internet platform, customers can either carry out their personal or corporate banking transactions. Interestingly, the platform has made it even better for corporate, business and institutional non-customers to join and enjoy the benefits of online banking.

The online banking platform supports a number of banking activities, which include: Viewing and downloading account statements; issuing standing order instructions; transferring cash to another Co-op account real time as well as moving cash to another local bank account in one day.

Through internet banking, you can also transfer cash to a foreign bank account in foreign currency, pay utility bills (for example, electricity, DStv and water); make bulk payments such as salaries, dividends, loan disbursements, bonuses as well as supplier payments and order cheque books and stop cheques.

Through internet banking, customers can utilize their negotiated forex rates and also make single and bulk M-Pesa payments through Co-op Online, which also supports KRA and NHIF payments.

You can log in and transact using any internet-enabled device including mobile phone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer.

Registration is instant and free. All you need is the National ID and a Co-op Bank ATM card. Click Here to register.

You will create your own username and password, which you can re-set anytime in case you forget or feel the need to change. Every time you log in or do a transaction, you’ll have to enter an OTP (One Time Password) which is sent to your mobile number or email address. This is one of the security features put in place to keep accounts and transactions safe.
